Work With Me
The problem with surface-level fixes
Most approaches to performance start with what you can see.
The behaviour. The habit. The strategy.
The result.
They try to improve what is already visible, and that can help. But it has a ceiling.
If the person underneath the behaviour has not shifted, different actions can still lead to the same problems.
That is where people stay stuck. Not because they have not tried hard enough. Because the result keeps getting attention while the source of the problem goes untouched.
Why the same problem keeps returning - and where the work actually has to happen. Watch here.
Inside-out, not outside-in
Most approaches stop at the behaviour.
Set better goals. Build stronger habits. Use a better system. Follow the framework.
That can help. But ontological practice works the other way. It starts with who you are being before it works on what you are doing.
The way you observe. The way you interpret what is happening, or has happened. How you respond before you have made a single decision. The emotional states you operate from. The assumptions, judgements, and opinions you treat as facts. The automatic reactions that feel like the only option.
Change that, and what you do begins to change with it.
Not because you learned a new technique. Because the pattern producing the problem has changed at its source.
What working with Filimon looks like
This is direct work.
We go past the problem you can already explain, and into what keeps driving it.
It is not motivational. It is not a neat formula you move through while avoiding the real issue. It is not about collecting more information while staying the same.
It will ask you to look at what you have been working around.
That is not a warning. That is what makes the work useful.
Choose the pathway that fits
I work with individuals and teams on how they think, communicate and act under pressure.
If you want to start, build, or step into something new - that's the work.
If the conversations with your team, kids, or partner keep landing flat - that's the work.
If uncertainty has you stuck instead of moving - that's the work.
If you're leading and know there's another level in you - that's the work.
If you've collected every tool and resource going and still don't know how to start - that's the work.
Individuals
For people tired of fixing the same problem from the surface.
- Dissatisfied with where you are but unable to name what is actually driving it
- Trying harder without the gap closing
- Patterns repeating across different situations, people and contexts
- Uncertain about what needs to change - or whether change is even possible
- Ready to stop working around the issue and start looking underneath it
This is one-to-one work that goes past the problem you can already explain.

For capable teams where the work is still getting done - but at a cost.
- Conversations people keep avoiding
- Unclear requests and slipping commitments
- Standards assumed but never made explicit
- Trust thinning without anyone naming it
- Tension managed instead of resolved
When a team stops saying what needs to be said, the work gets heavier for everyone.
→ Explore team workOrganisations
For organisations where the people side of performance is starting to cost too much.
- The same issues returning across different teams, leaders and departments
- Strategy losing force between what was decided and what actually happened
- Leadership effort spent translating, following up, and compensating
- Commitments that sound like agreement but produce no reliable action
- Culture drifting without anyone naming it clearly enough to change it
When the pattern keeps returning, more strategy is not the answer.

For sporting environments where performance depends on more than talent, fitness, and technical ability.
- Standards disappear when pressure rises
- Communication dropping exactly when it matters most
- Players carrying mistakes into the next moment
- Leadership going quiet when the group needs it most
- Responses to pressure talked about but never trained
It is designed for sporting teams and clubs that want to develop people, not just players.

For schools that want to develop young people beyond behaviour management and academic performance.
- Students who cannot name what they are carrying - so it shows up in behaviour instead
- Reactions to feedback, pressure, and mistakes that keep repeating
- Assessments treated as facts they cannot question
- Disengagement that runs deeper than attitude
- Teachers who need better language for what they are seeing
This is not counselling. This is not therapy. This is not a mental health service.
It is educational, developmental, and practical work that helps young people build the capability to handle what school and life put in front of them.

Start with a conversation
You do not need to know exactly what you need yet.
That is part of the conversation. If there is a gap between where you are and where you need to be, and what you have tried so far has not closed it - start here.
